METHOD
The roughness made it easier to see what mattered.
RESULT
The build process exposed hidden constraints faster than the planning process.
FAILURE
Some assumptions were too abstract to survive contact with materials.
NEXT
Simplify the next iteration and document the tradeoffs more carefully.
